Is QuickAid free to use?

Yes! Searching for providers and contacting them is completely free for users. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. We charge a small listing fee to service providers who want to be featured on the platform.

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse providers without an account. However, creating a free account lets you save favourites, leave reviews, track your service history, and get personalised recommendations. It only takes a minute to sign up.

How do I find a service provider?

Use the search bar on the homepage to enter the service you need. You can also browse by category, filter by ratings, availability, and distance. Each provider's profile includes their services, pricing, reviews, and contact information.

Are all providers verified?

Yes. Every provider goes through our verification process, including identity checks, document verification, and licence validation for regulated professions. Verified providers display a badge on their profile.

How do I contact a provider?

Each provider's profile has contact buttons for phone, email, and WhatsApp. Simply click your preferred method. We recommend discussing your needs, confirming pricing, and agreeing on scope before any service begins.

Can I leave a review?

Absolutely. We encourage honest reviews after using a service. Your feedback helps other users make informed decisions and helps providers improve. You need a free account to leave a review.

What if I'm not satisfied with a service?

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the provider. If that doesn't work, contact our support team via the Report Issue page. We take all complaints seriously and investigate accordingly. You can also leave an honest review to warn other users.

How do I become a service provider on QuickAid?

Click "Join as Provider", fill out the registration form with your business details, upload your required documents, and submit for review. Our team typically reviews applications within 24–48 hours and notifies you by email.

What documents do I need to provide?

You'll need a valid government-issued ID and a clear profile photo. Professional licences or certifications for regulated services are encouraged and help build trust. Business registration documents are required for registered companies.

How much does it cost to list my services?

We offer a free basic listing to get started. Premium plans include priority placement in search results, analytics, and enhanced profile features. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime — contact us for current pricing.

How do I get more customers?

Keep your profile complete and up to date, respond quickly to inquiries, maintain competitive pricing, encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews, and upload high-quality photos of your work. A strong profile attracts significantly more inquiries.

Can I update my profile after approval?

Yes. Log into your provider dashboard to update your services, pricing, coverage area, working hours, and contact details at any time. Changes are reflected on your public profile immediately.

We have a multi-step verification process including identity checks, document verification, and background screening. We also monitor continuously through customer reviews. Providers who consistently receive negative feedback may have their accounts suspended.

Is my personal information safe?

How do I pay for services?

Payment is arranged directly between you and the service provider. QuickAid does not process or hold payments. Discuss payment methods and terms with your chosen provider before work begins. We recommend getting written estimates for larger projects.

Are prices negotiable?

Pricing is set by individual providers. Many are open to negotiation, especially for larger projects or ongoing work. Contact providers directly to discuss pricing for your specific needs.

I'm having trouble with the website. What should I do?

Can I use QuickAid on mobile?
