These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickAid ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use QuickAid, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create a user account or a service provider account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintaining and updating your information
• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem necessary. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Platform Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use QuickAid to:

• Search for and contact service providers
• Create a service provider profile and offer services
• Leave reviews and ratings
• Communicate with other users through our platform

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or scrape data from the platform
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

5. Service Provider Terms

5.1 Provider Responsibilities

As a service provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your services and qualifications
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Provide professional and quality services
• Honor your stated pricing and terms
• Respond promptly to user inquiries
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Verification Process

Service providers must complete our verification process, which may include identity verification, background checks, and license verification. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke verification at our discretion.

5.3 Provider Fees

Service providers may be charged subscription fees or commission fees as outlined in their provider agreement. Fees are subject to change with notice.

6. Transactions and Payments

QuickAid is a platform that facilitates connections between users and service providers. All transactions, payments, and service agreements are directly between users and providers. We are not a party to these transactions and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• Payment disputes between users and providers
• Cancellations, refunds, or service issues
• Any damages or losses resulting from transactions

7. Content and Reviews

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

7.2 Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine experiences
• Honest and not misleading
• Free from profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks
• Compliant with all applicable laws

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

The QuickAid platform, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of provider information
• The quality or safety of services provided
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QuickAid SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickAid, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Services provided or received through the platform

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
