Creating Your Account

Getting started with QuickAid is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

    Visit the Sign-Up Page

    Click "Sign Up" or "Get Started" on the homepage and select "User Account".

    Enter Your Information

    Provide your basic details:

    • First & Last Name
    • Valid Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Secure Password (min. 8 characters)

    Verify Your Email

    Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

    Add your location, profile picture, and preferences to get the best experience.

Important

Use a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone.

Managing Your Account

    Click your profile picture → Settings from the dashboard.

Email Changes

When you change your email, you'll need to verify the new address before it becomes active on your account.

Deleting Your Account

Warning — Permanent Action

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data, reviews, and saved providers will be permanently removed.

    Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

    Enter your password to verify it's you.

    Provide Feedback (Optional)

    Tell us why you're leaving to help us improve.

    Final Confirmation

    Click "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Immediate logout from all devices
  • Profile removed from public view immediately
  • All personal data deleted within 30 days
  • Reviews remain but are anonymised
  • Email address becomes available for new accounts after 90 days
